Mia Weinberger is a filmmaker with extensive experience in short-form and long-form storytelling. As a writer, director, and editor, Mia specializes in finding the humanity and humor in everyday stories. Her award-winning short film "The Last Hurrah" (written by, directed by, and starring Mia) screened at festivals across the country. Mia's feature documentary "A Moment In The Sun," co-directed by Mia and her partner Thomas van Kalken, won the Tourmaline Award for Best Feature Film at the Maine International Film Festival and won Best Feature at the Maine Outdoor Film Festival.

Mia is the founder of Meet Cute Films, a documentary wedding film business that transforms wedding videos into time capsule films preserving couples' love stories.​
